Exclusive information: UEFA has appointed the eight Referee Observers and Match Delegates for next week's return legs of the Champions League and Europa League Quarterfinals. Among others, English Michael Riley has been chosen to observe the officiating team that will be in charge of the Spanish encounter in Vicente Calderón.
